Increase Antioxidants: Antioxidant includes vitamins A, C, and E, as well as beta-carotene. Products that have antioxidants may provide some sun protection and improve wrinkles.

Change your Sleep position

Some wrinkling on your face can actually be caused by the position that you sleep in.

This pushes the face into the pillowcases, which has bacteria or even the creams or any product we use on our face. Go for Sunless tanning lotion over long sunbathing session in sand and always wear hat which shields your face skin from the sun. Wear longer trousers and shirts which cover your skin during outdoor activity. You will absorb sunrays, but you will safeguard your skin from wrinkles.

Wash your face Regularly:

Wash your face regularly when you exposed to environment. Once party is over, clean your make up. Since most of cosmetics contain harsh chemical, which stress your skin. Don’t vigorously scrubbing your face. Use a water-based wipe to cleanse your face before you go to sleep, and finish your wash with some cold water splashed across your skin.

Wear Sunscreen:

Sunscreen protects your skin from the sun’s harmful ultraviolet rays. Ultraviolet rays are most commonly associated with skin aging; these beams cause fine lines, wrinkles, and age spots that make skin look prematurely older.
