- Corona Epidemic:
In 2020, Most discussed and distracting word for Human being is Novel Corona virus-Covid-19. People also called it Chinese virus since Covid-19 incepted from (Wuhan, Hubei)China.
Some detail on media says that Covid 19 may have Origin in China Biological warfare lab (Wuhan Insitute of Virology) in Wuhan capital city of Hubei province.
Covid-19 has reached more than 200 Countries across World, and infected more than 4.8million people on Earth.
Due to Covid-19, around .3million people have lost their life worldwide.
As of now there is no Vaccine for this deadly virus and as per Researchers it may take more than 6/12 month time for Vaccine to come in the market.
“Novel Covid-19 is Contagious.”
“Doesn’t have any Vaccine.”
“Especially Dangerous for Children Below 10 years and Aged above 60 Years.”
Let us discuss Option in terms of Preventive measures, Exercise for Immunity and Respiratory system.
2. SYMPTHOMS OF CORONA VIRUS(COVID-19):
- Runny Nose
- Dry Throat
- Dry cough
- Chest Pain
- Difficulty in Breathing
- Not able to sense, feel or taste (Also observed in few cases)
3. PREVENTIVE MEASURES FOR COVID-19:
- NEVER TOUCH YOUR FACE WITHOUT WASHING YOUR HANDs.
- FREQUENTY WASH YOUR HANDs.
- WASH YOUR HANDs FOR ATLEAST 20s.
- STAY AT HOME UNTIL URGENT TO GO OUTSIDE.
- MAINTAIN SOCIAL DISTANCING OF 6 FEET.
- WEAR MASK WHEN YOU ARE OUTSIDE.
- PREFER HOME MADE FOOD.
- THROUGHLY COOK MEAT OR EGGs.
- AVOID TOUCHING STAIR RAILING, LIFT SOFT KEYS, PUBLIC SURFACES ETC.
4. MEASURES TO SAFEGUARD YOUR SELF PRIOR TO & DURING CORONA INFECTION:
- Drink Warm water throughout the Day.
- Drink Herbal Tea twice a Day.
- Increase Vitamin-C in your Diet like Lemon, Orange etc. Hot lemon water will give better result.
- Use Turmeric, Cumin, Coriander, Garlic, Ginger in cooking.
- Keep your Body relaxed with enough Sleep.
- Daily spend 20minutes in sunlight.
5. AYURVEDA MEASURES FOR SORE THROAT:
- Steam Inhalation with Fresh Pudina leaves or Ajwain can practice once a day.
- Clove Powder mixed with natural honey can be taken 2-3 times a day.
6. AYURVEDA MEASURES FOR IMMUNITY BOOSTER:
- Nasal Application: Apply sesame oil/coconut oil or ghee in both Nostrils in morning & evening.
- Oil Pulling Theraply- Take 1 tablespoon sesame or coconut oil in mouth. Do not Drink, swish in the mouth for 2/3 minutes and spit it off followed by warm water rinse.
7.EXCERCISES FOR IMPROVING IMMUNITY:
- Brisk walk is best for Immunity as well for Respiratory system. Daily 30 minutes Brisk is enough for Boosting immunity and Strengthen respiratory system.
While doing Brisk walk, Body and Brain must be relaxed. Arms movement must be relaxed and take fool step.
