Anxiety is power or your body energy and when this energy is managed, gives you power to do abnormal task. When this energy is unbalanced or mismanaged it is darkness for you and can lead to severe results.

Anxiety is a feeling of fear or nervousness regarding what’s to come. Any new activity like going to school first time, joining a new job or interview, or presenting to new audience may cause most people to feel fearful and nervous.

Consistent anxiety can lead you in depression which can have severe impact on your body, brain functioning.

Anxiety as temporary is fine. Anxiety disorders are serious concern and need to be addressed.  Anxiety orders are group of mental illnesses which cause consistent fear and anxiety. The excessive anxiety disturb your routine activity, sociality, family get together and your other activities. 

Causes of Anxiety Disorder

Some causes of anxiety disorders are:

Drug withdrawal or misuse: You may be using drugs or medicine to control symptoms of anxiety. When you suddenly stop use of medicine or drugs, you will face sudden anxiety.

Genetics: One of key reason for Anxiety disorders can be heredity. Anxiety due to Genetic or heredity can be easily diagnosed or evaluated through sufferer Body language, Breathing style or Body postures. And for Genetics Anxiety most common solutions are also some specific yoga exercises and breathing exercises.

Environmental stress: Multiple environmental stress are key cause of anxiety. Environmental stress are events you have observed may be during childhood. Death of closed one, personal attack, childhood abuse are some of events that are reason of anxiety.

Medical conditions: Consistent medical issues are also key reason for anxiety. Heart problem, lung problem, and thyroid conditions can cause symptoms similar to anxiety disorders or make anxiety symptoms worse.

It’s always important to take care your health and get regular checkup in case you are feeling anxiety symptoms.

Types of Anxiety Disorders

There are several types of anxiety disorders:

Generalized anxiety disorder : Feeling of excessive worry or tension with little or no reason.

Panic disorder : You feel sudden, intense fear that brings on a panic attack. During a panic attack you may break out in a sweat, have chest pain, and have a pounding heartbeat (palpitations). Sometimes you may feel like you’re choking or having a heart attack.

Social anxiety disorder : Also called social phobia, this is when you feel overwhelming worry and self-consciousness about everyday social situations. You obsessively worry about others judging you or being embarrassed or ridiculed.

Specific phobias : You feel intense fear of a specific object or situation, such as heights or flying. The fear goes beyond what’s appropriate and may cause you to avoid ordinary situations.

Agoraphobia: Agoraphobia is a type of phobia where in you feel intense fear from specific place, height or in public transportation or in dark isolated place.

Separation anxiety:  Separation anxiety arises when you loved ones leaves. Little kids often feel scared or anxious when a loved one leaves. Anyone can get separation anxiety disorder. If you do, you’ll feel very anxious or fearful when a person you’re close with leaves your sight. You may feel worry that something bad may happen to your loved one.

Selective mutism: Selective mutism is a type of social anxiety where in young kids are not able to speak comfortably in social platform or forum. Although they can talk comfortably on same topic at home or in front of family.

Selective mutism is mild anxiety and can be easily treated by good parenting.

Medication-induced anxiety disorder:  Sudden and unplanned discontinuity of drug or medicine can lead to anxiety disorder.
